How do I arrange a return of my Zero Waste Box™?

When your Zero Waste Box™ is full, simply tape the top opening shut. Your box will arrive with a prepaid return shipping label already attached on the back. Orders placed prior to 15th June 2026 are returned via UPS. Orders placed after this date are returned via FedEx.

All you have to do is schedule a free collection on the courier website. Click here for more details.

    None of this is of use to me as I do not have a box but the blister pack bag.
