How do I arrange a return of my Zero Waste Box™?

When your Zero Waste Box™ is full, simply tape the top opening shut. Your box will arrive with a prepaid return shipping label already attached on the back.

All you have to do is schedule the collection on the UPS website. Please note UPS has recently upgraded its software, causing some users issues with scheduling collections. Therefore please select the 'use classic app' button before following the instructions below to complete scheduling your collection.

  1. In section 1, "shipping label questions", please make sure to enter your UPS label number starting in 1Z, and without any spaces within the block of numbers.
  2. For the other sections, please make sure to fill in all the fields with an asterisk (*).
