Do I need to send my parcel with UPS or with FedEx?

From October 21, 2025, all the shipments for our free recycling programmes will need to be sent via FedEx.
You will find here all the information on how to proceed.

Any shipments sent via UPS after October 21, 2025, may not be received, and TerraCycle Recycling Rewards points may not be awarded.

Please note that FedEx only concerns our free recycling programmes. The Zero Waste Boxes still need to be sent back with UPS as detailed here.
