Why has my parcel not left the InPost locker?

Parcels are collected from InPost Lockers Monday to Saturday.
If you dropped off your parcel between Monday to Saturday, it will be collected the same or the next day. Parcels are not collected on Sundays.
In the unlikely situation where your parcel has not left the locker, we ask you to wait 2 additional business days before contacting InPost.
