Why do I have to pay for a Zero Waste Box™?

The cost for the Zero Waste Box™ is a cost associated not with the physical box itself, but rather the service provided. As this service is completely independent of our free recycling programmes, there are no brand partners who sponsor the service. The cost includes:

• The shipping of the empty box
• UPS courier pick up of the full box
• Recycling the contents of the box.

Therefore, once a Zero Waste Box™ has been returned to us, should you wish to continue recycling, you will need to purchase another one.
