Can I request a branded collection box?

Yes, certain programmes allow public drop-off locations to receive a branded collection box. Please note this box is only to collect waste into. We will ask you to use another cardboard box for sending your waste to us and to reuse the branded box for collecting new waste.

To receive a collection box for your location, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your account 
2. Under the ‘My Programme’ section, scroll down to find the programme you are requesting a box for 
3. Select ‘Request a Collection Box’

You should receive your box within 14 working days at the address saved in your TerraCycle account.
