How can I set up a public drop-off point?

To set up a public drop-off point, you'll first need to decide where your drop-off point will be. It could be your home, local school or community facility. Please make sure the location is easily accessible to the general public and a minimum of 2 miles distance from an existing drop-off point for the same programme.
Additionally, public drop-off locations must be open for a minimum of 3 hours a week to qualify.

To join, simply follow these steps:

  1. Login / create your account,
  2. Visit the programme page you want to sign up to,
  3. Make sure your location fills the requirements,
  4. Click the 'Become a Drop-Off Point' button and complete your registration

You'll then receive an e-mail to let you know we've received your request, followed by another once our team have approved your request. Once accepted you can start collecting your waste and sending it to us.
