What are the maximum parcel or box size dimensions?

The box you send your waste in should not exceed 60x60x50cm and should be no heavier than 20kg.

For programmes which accept multi-label shipping, the maximum weight of waste sent in one shipment is capped at 30kg.

Please note: each programme has a minimum shipment weight you need to adhere to if you wish to receive TerraCycle points. The minimum weight can be found towards the bottom of each programme page under the 'rewards' section.
