Are there any shipping instructions I should follow?

Each TerraCycle programme has a minimum shipment weight which you will need to adhere to if you wish to receive TerraCycle Points. To find out the minimum weight for your shipment, visit the programme page and look for the rewards section.

The box size should not exceed 50x50x50cm and should not be heavier than 20kg.

For programmes where we use a multi-label shipping model, the maximum weight of rubbish sent in through one shipment is capped at 30kg.
