My chosen charity is unapproved. What steps are required to approve it?

After uploading a new charity you'll need to e-mail our customer care team with the charity bank details. Please use the form attached to this article. The team will then review and approve your charity upon receipt of all information.

You won't be able to redeem any points for a charity which has incomplete details and your chosen charity must be registered in the UK.
