Do I return my Zero Waste Box via UPS or FedEx?

Shipments for our free recycling programmes will need to be sent via FedEx. You will find here all the information on how to proceed.

If you’re returning a Zero Waste Box, orders shipped before 15th June 2026 are returned via UPS. Orders dated after 15th June 2026 are returned via FedEx. Your Zero Waste Box comes with a pre-paid shipping label and will clearly state which courier you should use. Full instructions for both couriers can be found here.
