How do I organise a parcel collection with FedEx?

Once you have requested your FedEx shipping label, affix to a box that weighs no more than 30kg and is no larger than 100cm x 70cm x 70cm.

1. Go to FedEx website
2. Choose Drop-off or Collection and click Let’s Start.
3. Select Ship as Guest / No FedEx Account if prompted.
4. To validate the label, enter your FedEx tracking number (this is 12 digits, located in bold at the bottom of your label) and the postal code that appears on the ship from section of your shipping label (top left corner).
5. On the next page, select ‘arrange a pick-up’. The pick-up address is automatically filled with your shipping address that appears on the label. If you want a pick up from this address, then review the address, add your contact details and parcel details.
   • If you want a pick-up from a different address, please add your address in the section "use a different address," then add your contact details and parcel details.
6. Choose your collection date/time window and add any instructions (e.g., reception, access code). Please note that you can only request a collection for the same day or the day after. If you need the collection to be organised at a later date, please come back the day before to organise your collection. 
7.  Accept the Terms & Conditions and confirm. Keep your confirmation number.

If you have multiple parcels: book as one pickup, state the total number of parcels and combined weight.

Cut-off times for booking collections:
- Requests before 1:00 p.m. → Same-day pickup (where available).
- Requests after 1:00 p.m. → Next business day (earliest).
- Exact times vary by location.
