The QR code on the Zero Waste Bag will direct you to the shipping instructions.

Therefore, before going to an InPost locker to send your bag, you will need to request the shipping label via the Zero Waste Bag website here.

Log into your account, and you will then see the option "Request InPost Shipping":

Then, please follow the instructions on your screen to request the Inpost label:

When you click on "submit" an email will be sent to your email address with the Inpost label.

The label received will contain a QR code and a 9-digit pin, similar to the example below:

Before going to your Inpost locker, you can print the label or have it handy on a smartphone or note the 9-digit PIN.
