How do I download a DPD QR code to return my Zero Waste Bag?

Request a DPD QR code via the Zero Waste Bag website here.

  1. Log in to your Zero Waste Bag account
  2. Select 'Request DPD shipping'
  3. Complete the fields and select ‘proceed’

The QR code will then be sent to the inbox of the email associated with your account. If it does not arrive within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.
 

Simply take your parcel to your nearest DPD location. You can locate your nearest location here.
