How can I let my chosen charity know they'll receive a donation?

Your chosen charity will receive a payment via bank transfer, titled 'TerraCycle'. You can download and use our certificate to let them know the exact amount you've raised and send it to them ahead of receiving the funds.

As a reminder, if you redeem by the end of April, your charity will be paid by the end of June. If you redeem by the end of October, your charity will be paid by the end of January.
