How do I use my label number on the UPS website?

You can schedule your parcel collection on the UPS website here.

In section 1 "shipping label questions", please make sure to enter your UPS label number starting in 1Z, and without any space within the block of numbers.

You will then have a message confirming that the pickup is with no additional fee:

For the other sections, please make sure to fill in all the fields with an asterisk (*).
In section 2 "Collection Information and Location" you do NOT need a UPS Account Number as this field is not marked with an asterisk (*).

You will be able to schedule your collection from the next working day (collections scheduled on a Friday will be for a pickup on the next Monday at the earliest.)
