I have requested an InPost QR code but I am yet to receive an email to download my QR code

There may be a slight delay in the e-mail generating, if so:

  • Log in to your account and head to the 'my programmes' page
  • Find the programme you're sending rubbish for.
  • If you have active QR codes, select 'view labels/QR codes' as per the below image. You can then select an unused QR code to download.

If you don't have any active shipping labels, simply click 'request InPost QR code' to create and download a new one.
