You may send in as many shipments as you like for this programme. However please note that only 1 shipment per month (the heaviest shipment) will be applicable to receive TerraCycle points.
The date considered for the shipment is the date the shipment is marked and uploaded by our warehouse (and not by the delivery courier).
When the shipment is marked as delivered by UPS, it takes a minimum of 7 working days for it to be uploaded by our warehouse. In busy times, this can take up to 14 working days.
Additionally, points are awarded in the first two weeks of the following month from which your shipment was checked in.
