I need to cancel or return my order. How can I do this?

If your order has not yet been sent, you can cancel it:

1. On the order confirmation page, straight after the order has been placed
2. In the order history on the user profile

If your order has already been sent, you shall first send us a refund request in writing to zerowasteboxes@terracycle.co.uk before proceeding to any returns. We will answer your request within three working days.

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the rules below to the following address:

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. The item must be shipped back to TerraCycle UK Ltd at your own cost. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above unless agreed at our sole discretion. If you try to make a return which we do not agree to after the relevant return period, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition, and packaging where possible. You can view our returns and refunds policy in our Terms and Conditions .
